The Seafarer Residence: Eccentricity and Style

Australian designer Jared Poole has designed and developed the magnificent Seafarer Residence. Located in Surfers Paradise, Australia, this is an opulent home which had to respond to the constraints of its building site. Doesn’t it seem lately that the best architecture projects are built on the toughest terrains? Anyway, this residence stretches on an area of 1880 square meters which is terrifyingly huge. It has three levels plus basement and a total of ten bathrooms. We see this more as a residential complex than a family home, but its fantastic design and eccentric approach captured our attention and determined us to share this project with you. The interior is modern, with rooms featuring high windows for great ocean views.
